鹽酥雞
》2-3 人份
刀嘜金裝健康葵花籽油
雞脾肉/雞胸肉 400克
番薯粉(地瓜粉) 120 克
九層塔 2 棵

醃料:
腐乳 2 件(20克)
生抽 1 湯匙
米酒 1.5 湯匙
五香粉 1/3 茶匙

胡椒鹽:
鹽 1/2 茶匙
白胡椒粉 1/4 茶匙
五香粉 1/6 茶匙 (可省略)

》For 2-3 servings
Knife Supreme High Oleic Sunflower Seed Oil
Boneless skinless chicken thighs/ Chicken breast 400g
Sweet potato flour 120 g
Thai basil 2 sprigs

Marinade of chicken:
Fermented bean curd 2 cubes(20g)
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Rice wine 1.5 tbsp
Five-spice powder 1/3 tsp

Pepper salt:
Salt 1/2 tsp
Ground white pepper 1/4 tsp
Five-spice powder 1/6 tsp (Optional)
